Lake Minnewaska is located in Pope County 16 miles south of Alexandria and forms the southern border of the City of Glenwood, Minnesota. At the west end of the lake is the City of Starbuck. The lake covers an area of 8,050 acres with a maximum depth of 32 feet and water clarity of 9 feet.
